Calling All Photographers: Photo Contest 2022
Calling all photographers! Waterloo Warbirds is holding our very first photo contest this year and we want to see what you can do!
HOW TO ENTER
From June 25 to October 1, 2022, submit your best photos of our aircraft (static, flying, and anything in between) taken between October 1, 2021 and October 1, 2022.
Photos can be submitted by posting on Instagram and Facebook; tagging @waterloowarbirds and @lostaviatorcoffeeco; and using the hashtag #WWPhotoContest2022. Entries will be reviewed by our team and voted upon the first week of October. 3 winners will be selected from the photos submitted.
PRIZES
3rd Place Prize: Waterloo Warbirds hat, patch, and 1 bag of Lost Aviator coffee
2nd Place Prize: Waterloo Warbirds hat, patch, 1 bag of Lost Aviator coffee, and 1 Lost Aviator mug
1st Place Prize: Waterloo Warbirds hat, patch, 1 bag of Lost Aviator coffee, and an invitation to join us airside for our Remembrance Day flyover
CONTEST RULES
- Any submitted photo may be shared by Waterloo Warbirds on their social media platforms with credit to the photographer.
- The top 3 selected photos may be shared on Waterloo Warbirds’ social media platforms and website following award, with credit to the photographer.
- A single photographer may only be awarded one prize. In the event that two photos by a single photographer are selected as part of the top 3, the photographer will be awarded the top prize available to them.
- Photos taken by invited photographers during a special access visit to a Waterloo Warbirds event will not be eligible to win.
- Waterloo Warbirds team members will not be eligible to win.
- The date and nature of the airside photography opportunity may be revised by Waterloo Warbirds at any time.
- The contest will run from June 25, 2022 to October 1, 2022. Photos submitted after that time will not be considered.
- Submitted photos must have been taken between October 1, 2021 and October 1, 2022.
